O&M Management Services, LLC (OMMS) is a local, Texas-based company situated in the heart of Central Texas.
We are dedicated to our customers and clients by focusing on the operations and maintenance (O&M) of water and wastewater systems in areas where cities cannot provide services. OMMS is a Texas limited liability company formed in June 2018 to provide water and wastewater operations and management services to the private and municipal sectors.
OMMS has significant financial strength. Our U.S.-based private equity firm provides full financial backing of our business through private investors which includes members of our OMMS Team. This means that the team has a vested interest in ensuring that our clients receive the “best of the best” in quality services.

OMMS is licensed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to perform all water and wastewater- related contract operations under the following licenses:
